Why Yes, We're Friends

Brendon and Ronnie are having a 52nd episode spectacular by talking about the short-lived DC Comic's reboot The New 52! From it's early ambitions and success, to later churning of new titles and continuity problems, to the positive changes that are still present today -- the fellas talk about it all! Along the way, the two have a retro video gaming digression and declare that in 2025 every pun is intended. Brendon reports that the 9-and-unders of his local Little League aren't ready for the Bigs, and falls in love with a Silver Age character named Bat-Mite. Ronnie has a revelation about the Dodgers Spring Training facility, and reminisces on a time he met (and maybe freaked out) comics writer Brian Buccellato.
